Khalifa City is one of Abu Dhabi’s biggest villa districts, with independent villas across Khalifa City A and gated communities such as Golf Gardens and Al Forsan Village. A typical move here is larger than an apartment move: four or five bedrooms, a majlis, outdoor furniture, gym equipment and a storeroom nobody has opened since the last move.
We plan Khalifa City moves around that. Apartments, studio–3 bed
A gated complex of 33 apartment buildings. We book the service lift with building management, arrange the move permit and load from the visitor bays so residents’ parking stays clear.

Next to Khalifa City near Al Raha Beach, with sub-communities such as Yasmina, Khannour and Samra. Moves between Al Raha Gardens and Khalifa City A are short, so a mid-size villa can often be completed in one day.
